App: Cockpit for Apple Vision Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cockpit ("the App"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not download or use the App. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the App accesses and why.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple Vision Pro devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party;
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App.

3. Cockpit Pro — In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App is free to download and use. An optional upgrade, Cockpit Pro, unlocks additional panels and themes. Cockpit Pro is offered in three forms:

• Lifetime — a one-time, non-consumable purchase. You pay once and Cockpit Pro is unlocked for as long as you use the App.
• Monthly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every month.
• Yearly — an auto-renewing subscription, billed every year, which may include a free trial period for new subscribers (currently 7 days).

The exact price and billing period for each option are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. For Monthly and Yearly subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown in the App at that time.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your device's Settings app, under your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once you purchase the corresponding subscription.

If you already own Cockpit Pro and reinstall the App or set it up on a new device signed in with the same Apple Account, you can restore your purchase at no extra charge from Settings → Cockpit Pro → Restore Purchases inside the App.

All purchases are billed and processed by Apple through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not process payments or store any payment details ourselves. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple; to request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support — we are unable to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

4. Third-Party Services & Trademarks

The App integrates Apple platform technologies, including WeatherKit and Location Services (weather data), MusicKit / Apple Music (now-playing), HealthKit (activity rings), HomeKit (home accessories), EventKit (calendar events and reminders), and Shortcuts. Your use of those features is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

Cockpit is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple, Apple Vision Pro, Apple Music, WeatherKit, HomeKit, HealthKit, and other Apple product names are trademarks of Apple Inc.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the Shortcuts you configure and run through the App, and for any HomeKit actions you trigger. The App only executes instructions you explicitly initiate. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The health and activity data displayed in the App (including rings from Apple Watch) is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Do not use the App to make health, medical, or safety-critical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED (WEATHER, SYSTEM READINGS, HEALTH METRICS, NETWORK STATISTICS) WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Updates & Changes

We may update the App and revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund; any refund for an unused subscription period or an unwanted purchase must be requested from Apple as described in Section 3.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
